For bug reports, screenshots and error messages help a lot. Never send router credentials, passwords, or customer personal data over email.
Tool suggestions
Describe the job you want done, not just the tool name. For example, "I need to size splitters for 32 subscribers per ODP" is easier to act on than "I need an ODP calculator".
